- New CTO bringing a steadfast vision and guidance to engineering - Very competitive base and total compensation - Agriculture industry currently based on word of mouth and old technology (think fax machines), making it ripe for innovation

Cons

With the new CTO and changes being made, we've lost a lot of people who probably feel disgruntled about their previous work.
