Thank you for your Glassdoor review. We are glad you thought the benefits package at Pro, including holidays, was good and we are always looking at ways to ensure this is the case and improve if possible (eg now giving each staff an additional day off on your birthday). We’re not pleased to hear that you’ve found progression difficult to access. We do encourage all employees to visit our internal job board for progression opportunities, where all our vacancies are listed.

Pros

Friendly staff, some of whom have been working for Pro a long time and have a good knowledge of the company. The office culture is friendly and relatively laid back. Benefits excl. salary are decent.

Cons

Pro's strategy is to chase any work for a price so low it barely seems to make it worth it. Senior management makes strange decisions without consulting SME's in the company. The company fails to make a profit year on year despite constant shifting internals. Departments outside of revenue earning areas see little to no investment and are often treated as burdens, and revenue earning departments have high turnover as staff gain the qualifications at Pro to move to somewhere more deserving of their skills.
