Thank you for leaving a review on Glassdoor about your time at Pro. We are pleased you felt supported during your training and have a good work-life balance. We appreciate it has been harder to integrate with other teams while we have been working at home and will give it some thought about how we can try to overcome this going forward.

Pros

- Great Benefits scheme including generous holiday allowances (including options to buy more) - The people who work at Pro are one of the main benefits - there are so many great people who work very hard. - Sports and social committees used to be very good (until Covid but hopefully in the future this will return again) - A lot of support on personal development through the likes of CII (insurance courses) and exams - Ability to work across all different departments giving a good insight into how the business performs (in project management) - Work with a range of different personalities and clients outside of the organisation - Opportunities to travel (dependent on Covid) for training etc - Work from home flexibility and office working dependent on the persons needs

Cons

- Holiday taking around the festive period used to be difficult - insurers busy time are usually around Christmas (used to being when I wasn't in project management and more in the technical analyst side) - Salaries aren't very competitive however benefits do make up for this - Communication around the company needs improving (more visibility on things) - Prior to joining project management, job titles didn't really mean much and the progression system needs reviewing.

Pros

You’re an employee not a number here! Good benefits package, transparent messages from senior management and opportunities to progress upwards or sideways to learn more technically

Cons

None to date. This is a company that listens
