Distinct lack of career progression.
Uncompetitive pay.
Company has been struggling to make a profit for many years and is showing no sign of changing despite sizeable growth. Morale is generally low as a result.
High turnover of staff combined with the urgent need to fill vacancies and uncompetitive pay often results in sub standard hires which puts pressure on those that do work hard. This has recently been further exacerbated due to the company recruiting nationally as it struggles to gain enough applicants locally which leaves management unable to adequately monitor it's employees efficiently and can be very demoralizing to work with.
Senior management often prioritize potential new clients over existing clients which is not an ethos I personally support.
The company has more than it's fair share of inadequate managers and team leaders. (There are a few good ones just not enough!)
