People try really hard but its hard to fight the politics.

Capable executive leadership during constant reorg's is unobtainable.

Pros

The employees you work with really care about what they do and about their co-workers. All of the worker bees make it very enjoyable to come in to work every day to be amongst each other.

Cons

Management is very much focused on numbers and themselves only. Work life balance is only a thing if you are a manager not so much as a worker. You are expected to be at their beck and call at all hours, on vacation and holidays. If you don’t sacrifice your home life for them you will not be around long. Management is trained how to remove people with false accusations that need no merit, all being backed by Human Resources. Outsourcing is the path they are going down in all areas of the company. Many good people have left because of this culture change since going public.

Executives are removed from what's really going on. Premier stopped caring about its employees and favoritism became the name of the game.
