      Exciting place to work. Especially right out of college.

      Pros

      Even as a associate level developer you really have the ability to leave your mark here. You will be given tons of opportunities to shine. There is good work culture at Premier as well. Rarely came across someone that I did not enjoy working with.

      Cons

      Sometimes it did feel like the amount of work was never ending, and there was not enough appreciation from upper level management. Not a huge issue though.

      Pros

      The business is solid, good colleagues, benefits are good, not much accountability for delivering results, lots of opportunity to work from home and work remotely.

      Cons

      Very little differentiation for performance -- everyone gets the same raise, feels a little like working for the government, politics are what get you ahead at this company, get someone senior to like you, and you're all set

      Premier was a great place to work until we headed in different directions.

      Pros

      The people were great! The pay was good and it felt good doing work that helped the patients in a real way. The opportunities for learning available were good. The special programs were amazing.

      Cons

      The training was good but because the workload was so unbalanced some people did not have the opportunity to take advantage of it. Policies were not consistent across units. And the value of Focus on People seems to be suffering the past year or so.
