      Pros

      Very competitive salary with the right competencies and experience. Strong organizational leadership and long term business plan. Great for sales leaders, consultants, analysts, or starting point for industrial engineers.

      Cons

      Though a company in Healthcare industry, there is a big focus on revenue generation. Challenging to have a decent balance of work and life. High demand for performance and high expectation to be able to work independently.

      Great individuals working hard despite lack of direction

      Cons

      Lack of communication downstream, executive level meet and plan, and then are supposed to cascade information, rarely seems to ever happen. Too many 'visionaries' no one actually executing or operationalizing

      Work is conducted in Silos, management creates their own goals without input and/or care for employees that are actually doing the work. Lack of development, mentoring and engagement with it's employees.
