      Not super impressed with Human Resources

      Pros

      I like my boss very much. Also the company seems to do a great deal for onsite staff (I am remote).

      Cons

      Premier has been on multiple top employer of the year lists in prior years so I anticipated great benefits and an employee focus. However the package was not impressive. PTO is less - sick time is awarded - all in all I've been underwhelmed. In addition job titles do not necessarily align with job responsibilities-I've been told this several times - makes the career ladder confusing.

      Pros

      Good experience for people right out of college, good benefits (work from home, nice 401k match, vacation rolls over year to year, sports leagues, onsite fitness classes and activities), bonuses, good values (ethics and good mission)

      Cons

      Low base salaries, a lot of red tape and top town dictation, very siloed product and team structure, too many required meetings (all staff, dept., weekly team, weekly 1:1, and other miscellaneous), bad culture since IPO

      Pros

      In general, Premier is a solid place to work. Lots of great benefits and lots of room to advance. A place where folks want to retire from. Brilliant CEO who understands the business and is exciting to work for. One of a kind leader.

      Cons

      ITS in general has recently come under new leadership in a CIO, which has greatly reduced all the support team(s) ability to service their customers (Premiers Employees) effectively with a variety of changes and extra work without increase staff. Almost all of the leadership under the CIO has left Premier and attrition is at an all time high.
