Cons

This is for the field only No structured manner for analysis, VERY slow promotion schedule, and potential for layoffs in the future since the company is likely to be bought out. Wouldn’t recommend a field position.

Great diversity in terms of platforms. Lots of opportunities to learn how make things better, run more efficient and at scale. Sr. management demonstrates good vision.

Cons

No work/life balance, hard to get budget for yearly training. Dead lines are unrealistic for the most part. Lots of politics. Disconnect between Sr. management and employees. Not a whole lot of opportunities for personal growth
