Pto was generous, benefits okay

Cons

Pratt protects its bullies and brings back former employees that were under investigation for their actions. They have no integrity and only care about protecting the top "leaders". They claim they care about diversity but it's all optics to protect the "boys club".

So many to list. Terrible management. Can't get things done if you need something from someone outside your department because everyone is overworked and afraid to make any decisions. No empowerment even though they preach it. Layoffs every so often and furloughs more often. Raises are a joke and you're underpaid to begin with. Culture is not great. Benefits are weak and get worse every year. Almost impossible to get promoted unless you're a bad manager or part of certain demographics. DE&I shoved down your throat. Very poorly managed company.
