Buracraciy Galore. Old boys group running the show. A lot of little men with big egos. No one wants to help you out. They just want to belittle everything you do

Very disappointing for young professionals seeking leadership opportunities. Very political and cynical environment. Culture rewards lip service and self-promotion over actual results.

Working in Florida is nice in the winter

Cons

There is absolutely no job security. They have hundreds of people in India to do the technical work. They will want you to largely give up doing the work in order to manage projects that are done in India. This is what they call "becoming a three!" It was really absurd. After you are laid off and your skills to do work are weak they will not care at all. Your problem.
