      Pros

      Good project, challenging work. Quite a few people are really nice with the exception being the production teams

      Cons

      Heavily depends on overtime 60 hours is a usual norm. The failure to plan and schedule can been seen for every project.

      not so great pay, producers are not so supportive as you would like them to be, shorter contracts which are extented
