Decent salary, good infrastructure. Good for a beginner to get some experience for first couple of years.

Cons

No quality, only quantity. But, the thing is, production accepts this fact. It is a production driven studio and not a artist driven studio at all. You can learn if you are in the first 3 years of your career. Leads and sups are incompetent, with a few exceptions obviously. Had this place had better management, it would be one of the leading studios.

not enough training for artist, need good & experienced leaders for vfx who can share their knowledge with artists.
