Pros
- Office Infrastructure is good - Activities with employees is good - Good opportunity for work for artists
Cons
- Company refuses to act like a corporate - HR acts like a puppet in the hands of management and has no spine of their own - Ridiculous policies which are not employee friendly at all - Crazy work hours where artists stay in office for multiple days together and don't get to go home - How does the HR team allow things like this to happen?? Is their work only to do things that the management tells them to do?? Aren't they supposed to also make sure the employees get their rights and are fairly treated??
