      No quality, only quantity!

      Pros

      Decent salary, good infrastructure. Good for a beginner to get some experience for first couple of years.

      Cons

      No quality, only quantity. But, the thing is, production accepts this fact. It is a production driven studio and not a artist driven studio at all. You can learn if you are in the first 3 years of your career. Leads and sups are incompetent, with a few exceptions obviously. Had this place had better management, it would be one of the leading studios.

      gives chance to some new candidates at the early stage of their career one can learn a lot and have the opportunity to work on some of the good international projects Pays well if you can negotiate well

      Cons

      looooooong working hours. specially towards the milestone deliveries & deadline no standard structure for appraisals... (not even annual appraisals are done)
