Gained communication and patient care experience. I learned how to move and make decisions fast and used my nursing skills.

Cons

The support for advancement is not there also management needs development in communication with employees and clients also people need proper training before starting.

Cons

Upper level mismanagement -- except for CEO -- is surprising Favoritism in promotions Irrational hiring and firing, which means that attrition and turnover is demoralizing.
