1. Working culture is very bad 2. No employee engagement 3. No self development opportunities 4. Employees are expected to work late hours and no returns back 5. No good systems! Just excel 6. Management is very confusing and very hierarchical 7. Technologically very backward when it comes to systems that we use for work.
