-Appropriate work / life balance opportunities. -Family values are promoted amongst colleagues. -International recognition.

Cons

-Spanish office has no salary tab, it is arbitrarily assigned. -There’s no clear training structure. -HR department is mostly outsourced and they suffer for it.
