      Absolutely nothing, unless you looking to mentally destroy yourself. Only get thing is that some coworkers are genuinely nice.

      Cons

      Underpaid, no work life balance, expected to work late, no support, lack of transparency. Exploitation of visa holders & High turnover.

      Competitive pay, relatively laid back working environment, overtime is usually optional and almost always available.

      Cons

      Disorganized, poor air quality, safety is relative to policy and not common sense, swing shifts are absolutely brutal.
