Pros

A global company looks really good on a resume Opportunity for advancement if you are liked by management. The vacation time is generous

Cons

Pay is terrible and benefits are average. Very political. Very unorganized organization. Absolutely zero transparency at the upper management level. Communication is terrible. Every project or job has entirely too many layers of approval.

Pros

It's a good company to start working for, in the early stage of your career, whichever it might me. They have nice benefits and a pretty comprehensive insurance package.

Cons

Almost no training will be provided on the job. Initial salary package could be nice if properly negotiated and depending on their need to fill that position. If you don't go along with your boss, no matter if you're right or not, you'll be out rather quickly.
