Pros

Pirelli is an international company, which looks great on a resume. Brand is famous for high quality tires. Benefits are good. Vacation's great.

Cons

Upper management tends to be disrespectful and clicky. Italians are treated rather differently than the Americans. Pay tends to be on the lower end of the spectrum unless you're selling the tires. This company loves temps and keeps you as a temp for as long as possible (ie no benefits). Very disorganized. Training is laughable. These things are slowly changing.
