      Pros

      Very competent people in the R&D. A lot of experience that would be difficult to gain outside. A lot people from which you can learn from.

      Cons

      Very low salary at the beginning of your carrier compared to the cost of living in Milan. Too much politics sometime hindering meritocracy.
