good benefits and work life balance.

Cons

This place is literally like a notorious FLDS compound. Senior employees never allow you to grow. This place is worse than a third world sweatshop. I worked here for more than years and made huge contributions but was forced to leave. The manager was an imbecile; could not pin me on my work but wrote lies about it in annual performance report. When I confronted with facts, the spineless HR caved in and nothing happened. Even reported to the Senior management but they were just useless.

Had landed in which followed best coding practices in the industry. Did some great work. Overall great learning experience.

Cons

Work is mostly dependent on the team, u may not always land up with good work.
