Cons

Leadership makes poor business decisions, acquisitions. Annual layoffs before Christmas keeps you on the edge of your seat. Company seems to enjoy making your job harder by replacing a single necessary software with 2 or 3 alternates with insufficient features.

You get decent vacation time

This company does not take moral and the livelihood of its employees seriously. No opportunities for advancement unless you are sleeping with someone related to hiring managers or are 1st shift. Off shifts are viewed as lesser. Employees who display bigotry are not met with consequences.
