      People I work with great people. Innovatoin, I have the ability to innovate projects, ideas and candidates. I love that I work for a company that is changing peoples lives everyday. I have many opportunities for growth. I live close to the office and have flexibility with work life balance. I love that Philips is a global organizaiton. I have the opportunity to work in cross collaboration with global partners.

      Technology for employees limits capabilities and sometimes the ability to move at lightning speed.

      Very Very nice working environment, friendly and helpful co-workers; very good work life balance (just like a traditional European company).

      Cons

      Jobs are not really challenging enough. Sometimes, it's too relaxing. Information system is not up to date and needed further improvements.
