Huge global organization with lots of international advancement opportunities. Vast portfolio of very interesting businesses. Lots of opportunities to develop your talent if you are a rising star.

Cons

Dutch management culture can be maddening. Loves talking about innovation, but not so great at doing it. Very risk averse, and slow process of aligning stakeholders sucks the creativity right out of the process. Practices innovation for innovation's sake, rather than brininging to market stuff that people really want. Dutch egalitarian mindset makes it really hard to move your salary along. HR as a function is an abomination.
