      Pros

      I enjoyed a great and rewarding challenge from the company.

      Cons

      As a material handler, I had the opportunity to work with some great people. Unfortunately there was one person who seemed untouchable by the supervisor.In the end,the perks of the company did not outweigh the negatives of the environment.

      Pros

      Stable company with lots of product diversity in many markets. Market leader in many areas.

      Cons

      Does not spend much investment on employees. Do not expect to leave with much more transferrable education or certification. Does not inspire creativity, tends to buy innovative smaller companies and smother their spark. Culture of fear and blame created by Directors to cover for lack of knowledge and expertise in terms of compliance and dealing with regulatory agencies.

      Benefits, vacation package, good people

      Cons

      Too many management changes. Excessive offshoring. Global management structure out of touch with business realities. Executive management unable or unwilling to change long term plans when business damage is very apparent do to cost reduction commitments. Career opportunities are almost non existent. If you are entrepreneurial, look elsewhere. This company has transformed from a locally driven business to a European style socialist state.
