      Easy commute. Good 401K benefit. Nice employee stock purchase plan.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime. "temporary" suspension of flex time. Poor communication from project management to the team.

      Always, US is directed from the Eindhoven leadership with "get it done or else" attitude... Can you say management by fear? To many corrective actions being worked on due to bad design and poor electrical testing process Managers told to write reviews more negative for certain people. This allows director and hr to efficiently get rid of the overpaid, the real engineers who push back and really care, and justify low raises. US Mfg overhired in FY15. I think we'll have to have another RIF for business survival
