Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience working as Senior Manager at our office in Andover so far. It's good to hear that lots of opportunities arise within your department, but its's regrettable that you haven't received the compensation you were hoping for (yet) since you started working on your second, bigger project. We hope that, even though your peers haven't had good experiences in approaching HR, we can still encourage you to discuss your thoughts with this department. Our management is active here on Glassdoor as well, so rest assured that your review definitely won't escape their attention. Thank you again for sharing your feedback and advice here. We wish you all the best.

Pros

Benefits, PTO, The "Philips" name holds some weight in a job search elsewhere.

Cons

-Philips Benefits but you work for a failing medical alarm company, I can write a novel about how bad my experience has been working for Philips Lifeline but I will keep it short: - Terrible Culture -Clicky relationships of people that have been there for 10+ years. - Recent college grads or anyone for that matter do not get pulled in because the company is "Philips"you will have a horrible time. - Internal systems look like they were invented at the same time as the computer. - Old dusty building, tired and run down environment.

Pros

More work and opportunities to grow

Cons

Hrres people after multiple rounds. Overnight PIP to the team members one by one to hide the mass layoff impression and ensure its not in limelight for employee unfriendliness whereas it keeps winning paid awards for the same. Always competition between india team and europe and the west. As soon as they realize their jobs are at threat due to IT cost cutting stratergy, they will make you the scape goat. Recommend other healthcare companies over the poor PIP-oriented culture after a,ple extraction of ork.
