      Great at first, but they don't make it desirable long term

      Pros

      Good Pay and Benefits, excellent on boarding process

      Cons

      Terrible work / balance, major long term stability issues with jobs outsourced to other countries, incompetent or disconnected middle management. In short, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

      Good pay rate upward mobility and great benefits plus great time off paid time off

      Cons

      Don’t take this job very much a call center type, with tons of micromanaging. They treat you like you’re a child and you have to ask for everything. And no one knows what they’re doing
