      Great brand and used to have good products.

      Cons

      Category leader is the worst leader I have come across. Only Dutch, Europeans are promoted. No concern for employees. No HR. All the good people have left

      Pros

      As a big company, it provides many resources such as training and library access to many books. It is a leader in certain medical fields.

      Cons

      There are too many older employees who have been working for the company for over 20 years or even more. This is actually not good for a company because new comer's opinion is often not heard by the management team and new ideas and fresh thoughts are suppressed by those older employees because they never heard about it. They are usually afraid of any changes in the existing technologies because they worry about not knowing the new stuffs. Those older employees are obstacles to innovation and they can go nowhere if they get laid off. So for innovative young people, it is not a good place to work. Also the company's culture is very bureaucratic and there are too many politics.

      many including: cutting corners myopic view of everything little to no training Europe first, everyone else second No diversity at all in upper management Zero opportunities for women to advance
