      Pros

      Close proximity to home. Very nice building & facilities. Close to Rt 93, easy to access

      Cons

      Very political, especially among middle managers. Personal advancement frequently not related to merit. Decisions often favor internal goals and needs, not customer needs. It is a European company so you have to get used to an autocratic management.
