      Pros

      All the people you work with, all want to please the fan with the best experience of being at a football game. Merchandise discount is an incentive,but how much do you really need.

      Cons

      Wages should be higher to keep the employees around longer,instead of a constant call for hiring. Just the time spent constantly trying to find employees is money that could be used to keep employees longer.

      Very exciting and fast-paced environment Working with the best tools/equipment in the industry Understanding of COVID-19 protocols & safety concerns Leadership is always taking suggestions on how they can improve operations and workflow from staff at every level — feeling heard.

      Cons

      There's long-days on your feet, and for game-day staff, there's not a lot of places to stay out of the way / be accessible to do the job / while taking a quick sit-break.
