Vaccine Requirement for all staff

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Easy work environment during the week compared to the typical fast pace of the retail industry. Enjoyable job in the sports industry

Cons

Forced vaccine mandate for all staff including both full and part time workers. Even required people who had covid to get vaccinated or to be let go. All workers who didn't comply with vaccine mandate were let go. Upper management seem to put off the perception that they knew better than everyone below them and didn't allow for a diversity of ideas. Anybody with conservative point of views had to keep quite with the risk of becoming a target of the organization.
