Pros

Some really good people to work with, very passionate about what they do. Depending the group you belong to, structure is pretty flat and you have opportunity to learn, cross train, and grow.

Cons

Reorg and strategy change pretty much every year. Better to update resume every 6 months because you’ll never know when you will be cut.

Pros

People Local culture Exciting work with great scientists across the company

Cons

Low pay compared to industry standards Lot of work Terrible leadership at top No strategic long-term vision from Executive Leadership: your job security depends on PFE share prices on any given week. No accountability of senior leadership (Read Reddit forums).
