      Meh. The McDonald's of Pharma.

      Cons

      Not the Wendy's of Pharma. Sticks to the status quo, even for innovation which slaps them in the face with something that could lead to a wide range of ROI and growth. Retrofits innovative ideas into policy and discussions never to actually innovate with a growth mindset, but with a "this is how we do it and its always been" idealism. Too many "pick me" "look at me" workers and not enough collaboration to actually learn and feed off of innovative ideas.

      Cons

      no work life balance, i felt that they do not actually follow the corporate values in practice and do not support their employees as described or expected based on branding and procedures. Too administrative roles and tasks in the hub.
