Great long term benefits if you have been here for over 15 years. Great work life balance.

Cons

There is absolutely zero reason for joining this company. None. Unless you want the brand on your resume. Constant reorg, and I mean constant. On average, have had a new division lead every 12 months. Operational model keeps changing. Stock goes nowhere but south. People with no business leading people are made senior leaders, Others are let go, both with little advance notice.

People working are of similar age (in their 20s to 30s). Open communication work place. Welfare for full timers are good as well.

Cons

Travelling to and fro from work can be taxing. Workload can get heavy and OT might be required.
