There were some really great people there. Great learning experience

Cons

Salary increase was very minimal despite consistently exceeding targets, and it didn't keep up with increases in the cost of living. There were way too many changes, and these changes kept happening too quickly, in terms of tools, management and group restructuring, staff turnover. Job postings which change or are revoked at the last second.
