Pros

Management skills are so lacking that even an average manager could look like a Star compared to the existing leadership.

Cons

While the company was reaping the benefits of huge cash flow from its acquired drug pipeline it could get away with the underinvestment in leadership /management skills development. Not that the party is (almost) over, the firm is not equipped to handle the challenges ahead. Poor leadership and resistance / inability to change may have doomed this company.

Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

Stock price is so bad that the yearly bonuses are basically worth nothing in the end. The company has no clear direction. They move people into roles they are not qualified for. They require you to be in the office. They are inconsistent with their policies.

Pros

Good benefits, and low expectations.

Cons

Organization is super fragmented with right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Lots of turnover meaning few people with experience who are nonetheless given much authority. Unclear roles and responsibilities. Periodic reorgs that come out of seemingly no where leading to chaos and demoralization
