The opportunity for personal growth and financial stability no longer exists. With cuts occurring the third year in a row and having been assured it won't be happening--it just seems upper management doesn't really have a plan in place. Seems when one strategy works in one small area, it is rolled out to the entire field force--with disastrous and costly results. Since Bill Steere's retirement, Pfizer's management has been in scramble mode and has never had a clear vision.
