IThe company apporaches problems as if there is an 'Easy Button' to hit - things aren't black and white.

Low stock performance and massive layoffs have resulted in extremely low morale soon after Jeff Kindler was appointed CEO. There is little transparency and decisions are political vs. practical. There is a lot of talking and very little action or follow through. Communication is poor on a company-wide scale, and even within departments.
