      New RBU's promote small organizational feel. New emphasis on autonomy is a relief.

      Cons

      Industry is in shambles, a lot of pressure to perform with unfair generic competition (price wars). Limited value added opportunities with over inundated primary care providers.

      Pros

      Outstanding benefits, best I've come across yet. How many employers offer free prescriptions, a 401k with a match and a pension as well as a generous vacation policy?

      Cons

      The company is so large that it's hard to make a real impact with the work you do no matter how hard you work or how vast your responsibilities are.

      Salary and especially Benefits are better than average. Good Work / Life balance.

      Cons

      Tough to get anything done - endless meetings and process. If you like to spend your entire day going to meetings and doing emails - day after day after day - this is the place for you.
