Resources are a plenty. The benefits are great. Pfizer often does analysis to make sure your salary range is in the ball park. You could be discovering a drug to cure a horrible disease.

Cons

You never knowwhat direction the management is going to take. There is a hiearchy of degrees, if you did not get your PhD from Havard, then you are nobody.

Nice working environment and good pay/benefit. You will have the opportunity to work with many experienced and talented people here. A good company to work for and start your career!

Cons

People holds too many too big meetings here. It's hard to get things done if you have to spend half of the day running around the buildings.
