The better you do, the more they take. Ambitious people get shot down while slackers get the same raises. Work life balance is the worst part. They give a lot of PTO but I work 2 weeks in a row before getting 1 day off. The average M-F work week person with two weeks of vacation gets way more days off than the typical Pfizer slave who has to work for weeks on end before getting a natural day off. So many rules set in place to make it hard to use all that PTO they wave in front of your face. Its all a joke. Mega-corporations are good at giving the illusion of choice and good benefits while stomping their most important colleagues into the ground.

Minorities are often overlooked for advancement opportunities, ousted out of training opportunities, and Pfizer's diversity and inclusion program is a joke. There is a VERY SPECIFIC demographic that they look for when promoting from within, experience and merit don't matter if you fit their criteria.
