Cons

The company does not care to support its staff. No matter how many hours you give, how many family events you miss, or how hard you work

One can get ahead by stepping on others and brown nosing, or by being married or related to someone. Otherwise it's not too easy to advance. And, some of the managers, but not all, have no idea how to manage people. They also work you to the bone, so work life balance is poor; and at the same time they increased workload, they decreased pay.
