Great coworkers and benefits, but micromanagement and layoffs

- Most coworkers were exceptional. - A few were terrible to work with including management. - Pay was good and be benefits were good. - Pfizer also pays a lump sun of salary as contribution to 401(k) every year in addition to matching contributions. - Close to 4.5 weeks vacation with the option to buy more unpaid vacation for cheap.

Cons

- Will be expected to pick up coworkers slack. - Constant layoffs. - Myself and multiple colleagues were lied to about promotions so we wouldn’t leave the department. - Constant micromanagment. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

poor corporate culture, leaders surround themselves with 'yes men/women' they encourage you to work 'growth gigs' and 'secondments' so they basically are getting additional FREE labors under of the guise of 'promoting you in the future'
