Cons

If you are in IT and want to do something useful with your professional life, don't work for Petrobras. You're going to get stuck managing bureaucracy and won't do anything technical or relevant to a Software Engineering career. Beyond that, there's the fact that it's an estatal company and politics are ruining the company.
