Work on Oil and Gas problems that are interesting and challenging. Deal with different teams accross the country. Possibility of adopting new technologies in the developing projects.

Cons

Some processes need more agility when they depend on contact with external companies, such as acquisition of new equipment, software, training and office supplies. Some areas have many managers for few employees.

Great Medical Benefits, flexible working hours, good working environment

Cons

No control at all, lacks of procedures even though the company prohibit any invitation from services providers which is a MUST some employees do not care, most of the time spent more than Two hours
