      Good salary. Fair work time (40h/week). Possibility of growth.

      Too much red tape. It is a huge company with a large company chart, so is not rare to find difficulties in getting a large multi department team work together within the same project.

      good environment at Edise in Rio, flexible working hours, good ambiance It's ok for a temporary position if you are an outsourced employee. It shouldn't be your dream work because it's definitely not!

      Cons

      not a competitive salary, not a challenging work, no growing possibilities for the outsourced employees. In general, the employees are not well qualified and due to that not well payed as well. If you have qualifications they will pay you as they pay all the current employees due to the cost reduction policy in Petrobras.
