Fully employer paid premiums, laid back environment (depending on who your boss is), flexible schedule, promotion of work-life balance

Cons

Flat organization, no room for growth outside of the upstream technical side, convoluted internal communication, unnecessarily bureaucratic processes, SAP system and tech support is a joke that really slows the company down, holds it back, and even frustrates the vendors more than the end-users, no 9/80s or options to telecommute for those positions who don't actually NEED to be in the office.
